Olive & Ember Boulder

Our smallest room, with an eight-seat chef's counter, our bakery and a view of the Flatirons from the back terrace.

About this kitchen

Boulder opened in 2022 in a former bookshop on West Pearl. It is the most intimate of our kitchens, with 64 seats, a terrace that catches the Flatirons at sunset and the eight-seat chef's counter where Chef Nadia cooks a seven-course menu on Thursday nights.

The Boulder kitchen also houses our bakery. Every morning bread, morning buns and olive oil cakes leave here for all three locations, and you can pick up a loaf at the front counter from 9 am.
