Reservations and walk-ins
Tables are released 30 days in advance at 10 am Mountain Time. Friday and Saturday evenings usually fill two to three weeks out.
Yes. We hold the bar, the hearth counter, the patio in season and about a quarter of the dining room for walk-ins every service.
Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Parties of seven or more who cancel later, or do not arrive, are charged $25 per guest.
Tables of two to four have about two hours, and larger parties two and a half. We never rush anyone mid-course.
Allergies and dietary needs
Yes. Add allergies to your reservation and tell your server. Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, gluten, dairy and shellfish, so we cannot promise zero cross-contact.
About 40 percent of the menu is vegetarian and many dishes are vegan as written, including the hearth cauliflower, hummus and baba ghanoush.
Around two thirds of dinner is gluten free. We fry pita in a dedicated fryer, but we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen.
