Work the wood grill and oven on a team of six. At least two years of high-volume line experience. Live-fire experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Guide guests through a shared-plates menu and a 140-bottle wine list. We teach the food and wine; you bring warmth and pace.

Laminated doughs, breads and cakes baked in a wood oven. Shifts start at 5 am, Tuesday to Saturday.

High-volume craft bar with house syrups and smoked garnishes. Two years of bartending experience and TIPS certification.

Deliver and set up office lunches and events across Denver and Boulder. Clean driving record required.
